Based on the model of the lecturer as reflective practitioner, the readable style of this book enables the reader to make sense of the changing climate of quality control and academic standards. Its practical, interactive design introduces stimulating ideas and suggestions for further reading and point the way forward on issues of relevance to individual readers.
